As a co-founder of LCS Energy, I bring over significant years of experience in Energy Management to our mission of delivering sustainable solutions that make a difference.

As the Technical Director at LCS Energy, I bring a wealth of expertise in renewable energy solutions, specialising in the installation of Solar PV systems, Battery Storage, and Electric Vehicle chargers.

Prior to joining LCS Energy, I was an Operations Manager. After having my first child, I joined my husband Gareth and the LCS Energy team in the Accounts Department overseeing the bookkeeping and payroll.

I specialise in designing and implementing Solar PV installations for businesses and individuals, drawing on over 8 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.

With over 8 years of experience in EV charging consultancy and business development.

With a background in sales and account management, I transitioned my career to focus on my family, stepping down to care for my two young daughters.

With over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry, I am a highly skilled and qualified professional.

As part of the Health and Safety aspect of our company, I can help guarantee that we maintain professionalism, compliance, efficiency, and, most importantly, safety.

With over 15 years of administrative experience, I thrive in dynamic environments.

Adam has over a decade of experience in the renewable energy sector and serves as the Head of Renewable Heat and Business Development at LCS Energy, where he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and innovation in the renewable energy sector.

Since joining LCS Energy in 2017 as a part-time team member, I’ve embraced an incredible journey that has seen me transition to a full-time role as an Operations Admin / Office Manager.

With over 11 years of experience at the same company, I climbed the ranks while mastering every aspect of precision engineering.

As a dedicated member of the roofing team, I play a crucial role in supporting my colleagues with the installation of solar PV panels.

I am a dedicated mother to three wonderful girls who share a passion for dancing.

I am an Electrical Engineer with a focus on solar PV installations and EV charger setups.

I joined the LCS Energy team in 2016 as an electrical engineer, bringing with me many years of experience as an electrician.

As a Solar PV Roofing Engineer, I specialise in installing solar panels on a variety of roofs, including residential, commercial, and solar farms..

I am a dedicated member of the electrical engineering team, having joined in 2022 with extensive experience in the field.

With over 10 years of experience as a solar electrician specializing in renewable energy systems, I am passionate about driving the shift toward sustainable power solutions.

Since November 2021, I have been working at LCS Energy as an Operations Administrator, ensuring everything is ready for our jobs to run smoothly, such as materials and scaffolding

I began my career at LCS Energy in 2018 as an Electrical Installer. Over the years, I have grown with the company and now support the team as a Project Manager.
